To meet scaling demands of their business critical applications, a healthcare provider brought in FosterX to drive 24/7 global technology operations.

Collaborating with the provider’s technology team and leadership, FosterX deployed an automated, self-healing and highly secure managed services offering. Scale and agility were the keys to success, and FosterX partnered with the provider to enable both, paving the way to remove existing constraints for growth.

The Process

The healthcare provider had partnered with a top-tier electronic medical records (EMR) provider, in an effort to drive growth/scale for their businesses. With the scale and increased complexity in applications, FosterX first deployed an automation and training campaign for the providers technology systems and teams. FosterX then followed through by collaborating with the client to deploy a hybrid operations model, between FosterX and the provider’s IT team; which culminated in establishing multiple “pods” paired to specific product lines.

The Result

Tools, practices, and technology were geared for a “Cloud First” flare, then targeted at driving scale for the healthcare provider. The focus on granular, efficient and scalable business support was created.
