When a global QSR client required detailed consumer insights to drive strategic growth, they turned to FosterX.

Living in an day and age where there is no delineation between brick-and-mortar and digital operations can lead to many challenges.  For a globally recognized quick service restaurant (QSR) client, the challenge was data--not a lack of data, but instead an overabundance of data, which other than being collected served no strategic purpose.

With the recent addition of mobile ordering capabilities and digital self-service kiosks, our client desired to leverage omni-channel customer analytics in order to build near and long-term growth and loyalty strategies.
